Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include client outreach, addressing queries, providing guidance on financial products, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The role also involves identifying client needs, upselling services, and contributing to client retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of financial services, including equity, derivatives, commodities, forex, and currency trading.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address client concerns effectively.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely client follow-ups and accurate reporting.
• Proficiency in financial tools, technology, and basic computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer relationship management or a similar role in the financial domain is an advantage.
