Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at the Branch, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales, including selling products in the identified location and surrounding areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prospecting and acquiring new clients through various channels such as networks, databases, references, and the open market. - Collaborating with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to target specific schemes identified by the Business Head. - Organizing Investor Awareness Programs and coordinating with stakeholders. - Building and nurturing strong business relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and secure repeat business. - Identifying and upselling opportunities within targeted key accounts. - Ensuring compliance with sales processes and requirements. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans. - Developing channels and networking skills to drive channel sales effectively. Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Quick thinking, problem-solving, and independent/team player capabilities. - Excellent communication, active listening, account management, and presentation skills. - Thorough understanding of the company's products, competitive products, regulatory framework, and Taxation Laws. - Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a customer-focused and result-oriented approach. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA & Graduate with 2-5 years of Industry Experience. - Good knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets (added advantage). - MFD Certified. In addition to the above job details, the company requires candidates with experience in Sales within the BFSI & AMC industry and NISM V-A certification. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
