Position: Team Leader – Outbound Customer Service & Renewals Location: Delhi Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview Timing: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shift: Day Shift Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs Qualification Required: HSC (12th Pass) Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (approx. ₹55,000/month) + up to ₹2 LPA in variables Key Requirements: Current role must be Team Leader in an Outbound Customer Service process with experience in Renewals/Upsell/Cross-sell (preferred). Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader . Must have managed a team handling a call flow of 100–150 calls/day . Should be willing to take calls personally when required . Total work experience: Not more than 6 years . Ideal candidates will have a background in Sales/Upselling/Cross-Selling .
