Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be at the forefront proactively nurturing and enhancing existing business relationships in the Australian Market. The role is pivotal in client retention through effective communication, identification of upselling opportunities, and diligent risk management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Quantity and Quality:

    Generate a substantial number of leads using various methods. Utilize diverse methods such as cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, media channels, word-of-mouth, etc.
  • New Business Relationships:

    Develop new business relationships to expand market reach. Leads generated must be reported (including the potentiality of lead) to the BDM and should only be processed upon receiving the approval.
  • Agent Onboarding Efficiency:

    Onboard agents in alignment with locations identified as having potential by the company.
  • Sales Targets:

    Exceed individual sales targets through the cultivation of new business with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Systematic Target Accomplishment:

    Formulate and execute a systematic plan to accomplish established targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:

    Implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the company's diverse range of products and their unique differentiators.
  • End-to-End Sales Management:

    Proactively manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, credentials pitch, questioning, solution presentation, negotiation, closure, and seamless handover to the account management team.
  • Market Trends Monitoring:

    Proactively monitor market trends by engaging with clients. Share valuable feedback with the Business Development Manager.
  • Professional Presentations:

    Deliver impactful and professional presentations on products and services.
  • Timely Reporting:

    Provide timely reports on sales, activity, and performance as requested by the Sales Head.
  • Ethical and Legal Compliance:

    Ensure that all activities adhere to legal, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Effectively co-ordinate the marketing activities of the company offered for the agents.

  • Timely Activity Recording:

    Record all relevant activities promptly in the CRM system, Documents collected from prospects or must be submitted to Head office.
  • Sales Reporting Accuracy:

    Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Business Development Manager.
  • Feedback and Communication:

    Maintain open communication with the Business Development Manager and provide constructive feedback.
