Telecaller Location: Vashi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to the team. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass or 12th pass Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/}. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
