The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to the team. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass or 12th pass Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/}. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
