Job Summary: The Legal and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all legal, statutory, and compliance requirements across stores and departments are met. This role involves managing store-related compliances, audit closures, legal support, compliance tracking tools, and cost-conscious budgeting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliances Ensure all licenses (S&E, Trade, Advertisement) are valid at all times. Handle all renewal applications within defined timelines. Validate and track all POs before invoice dates. Coordinate approval processes and ensure cost-saving by reducing consultancy fees.
