PPIC Manager-OSD

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Manager - OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and material planning to ensure optimal efficiency within operations. This role requires coordinating with various departments, analyzing demand, optimizing supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will be preparing reports, conducting inventory audits, and leading process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and material planning - Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency - Analyze demand and optimize supply chain activities - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Prepare reports, conduct inventory audits, and lead process improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Management - Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Scheduling, and Demand Forecasting - Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, particularly Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tools such as ERP systems - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills - Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage,
