Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Manager - OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) located in Ahmedabad. The PPIC Manager will oversee and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and material planning to ensure optimal efficiency within operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, analyzing demand, optimizing supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves preparing reports, conducting inventory audits, and leading process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Management
• Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Scheduling, and Demand Forecasting
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, particularly Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tools such as ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
