Job Title: Export Manager Cosmetics Reports to: Director Location: Sojat / Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to lead and expand our international sales and distribution network for cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in export management, a deep understanding of the cosmetics or FMCG industry, and a proven ability to drive business growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with international distributors and clients. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributor networks to ensure consistent growth and compliance. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and ensure adherence to international trade and cosmetic regulations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international buyers and partners. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, and quality control) to ensure timely order execution and delivery. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote business expansion. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in export management, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry . Strong understanding of international trade laws , export documentation, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding international distribution networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade , or a related field. Desirable Skills Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations . Strong knowledge of global market trends , consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the cosmetics segment.
