About The Role
The Regulatory Affairs team builds transparent relationships with regulators to keep Revolut moving forward with confidence. They stay ahead of regulatory change, provide timely responses to enquiries, and work across the business to ensure compliance is always in step with innovation.We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure that our communication with external regulators is transparent, compliant, and efficient. You'll establish supervisory relationships and keep on top of regulatory developments, monitoring any regulatory changes and implementing them into the business.Up to shape what's next in finance? What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as Revolut’s primary point of contact with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other key regulators
- Building and maintaining trusted, transparent, and effective relationships with regulators to support Revolut’s strategic objectives
- Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to shape regulatory strategy and enable compliant innovation
- Monitoring evolving RBI regulations and providing actionable, forward-looking guidance to leadership and product teams
- Preparing management reports and information, in particular for regulator meetings, internal committees, and the Board
- Delivering training and updates to product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes
- Managing licensing, product approvals, submissions, and regulatory reporting in India
- Leading regulatory engagements, supervisory interactions, and on-site reviews
- Building scalable, sustainable processes and documentation for regulatory affairs
- Championing conduct and compliance across the business to reinforce a culture of integrity
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of progressive regulatory compliance experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
- Deep knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment and key regulatory compliance regimes
- Proven experience handling regulatory submissions, audits, or licensing processes
- Gravitas and credibility in regulatory interactions with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Impeccable communication skills
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory expectations and enable compliant innovation
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyse complex information and identify the key issue to drive resolutions
Nice to have
- A solid academic background from a top-tier institution
- An advanced qualification (LLB/LLM, CA, CS, CFA, etc.)
