Role Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets for specific retail asset products through direct efforts or via DST/DSA channels. Supports the Section Leader in driving revenue and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Market Assessment & Business Development

Conduct market research
Engage with customers and promoters
Maintain key account relationships

Revenue Generation

Identify new sales opportunities
Support collections team
Manage profit & loss aspects

Relationship Management

Drive cross-sell initiatives
Acquire new clients and partners
Maintain customer satisfaction

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with business units for transaction turnaround

Self-Management Responsibilities

Set and monitor performance goals
Own personal development and learning
Stay updated with industry trends

Risk & Internal Control

Follow risk policies
Support audit and internal control processes

Knowledge & Experience

Education
: Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
Language
: Proficient in English (written & spoken)
Experience
: 4 To 7 years in banking, with exposure to retail asset products
