Regional Sales Manager – EdTech (School ERP / Communication Platforms)

Key Responsibilities


Regional Sales Ownership

·       Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned region.

·       Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.

·       Expand market presence by identifying new schools and partnerships.

● Team Leadership

·        Manage and motivate a team of sales executives in the region.

·        Set targets, monitor progress, and ensure performance accountability.

·        Mentor team members on pitching, negotiations, and relationship building.

● Client Engagement

·       Build strong, lasting relationships with school decision-makers.

·        Lead impactful demos, presentations, and negotiations with key accounts.

·        Ensure smooth client onboarding in collaboration with customer success teams.

●  Market Intelligence

·       Track competitor activities, regional trends, and customer needs.

·        Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to fine-tune strategies.


Requirements

·        5–8 years of proven sales experience in EdTech / SaaS (School ERP, Communication   Platforms, or related).

·        At least 1–2 years in a team management or regional leadership role.

·        Strong understanding of the school ecosystem and regional education market.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets.

·        Willingness to travel across the region as required.
