As we expand our offline and B2B operations across South India, we are looking to harness data as a competitive advantage in driving sales performance and strategic decision-making. Role Overview We are looking for experienced and strategic Regional Sales Managers to lead office-based regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and the regional native language, with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of growing sales teams and operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead regional sales operations from the office, focusing on B2B client acquisition and retention. Mentor and manage high-performing regional sales teams, ensuring achievement of targets and operational excellence. Cultivate strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers, and dealers within the steel and construction sectors. Monitor team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable coaching and feedback. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and the local/native language. Coordinate closely with logistics, technology, and support teams for efficient order execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management. Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 58 years of proven experience in offline or office-based B2B sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, or industrial sectors. Fluency in English and the native language (Telugu for Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam, Kannada for Bangalore). Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in driving regional business operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling sales teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Ability to inspire and lead by example, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Familiarity with regional construction market trends and customer behavior.
