Job Description

Role Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and market penetration for Realtime’s complete CCTV and biometric product line in the assigned region. This includes managing distributors and system integrators, acquiring new partners, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Revenue

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for CCTV and biometric products.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture new distributors, dealers, and system integrators.
  • Expand the product footprint across corporate, government, and project-based channels.
  • Channel & Team Management

  • Build and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Guide and motivate the regional sales team; set KRAs and monitor performance.
  • Ensure partner profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Plan promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demos in the region.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for new product development.
  • Operations & Reporting

  • Ensure timely order execution, stock planning, and payment collection.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports to the Head Office.
  • Maintain CRM records and forecast regional demand accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience

    : 5–10 years of proven sales experience in CCTV, biometric access control, or electronic security products.
  • Network

    : Strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, and project consultants.
  • Skills

    : Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge

    : Understanding of tenders, GeM, government projects, and large system integration deals.
  • Education

    : Graduate in Electronics/IT/Business or MBA preferred.
  • Other

    : Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
