Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Academic Excellence Managers in Delhi NCR. Oversee academic quality and ensure successful implementation of programs.
• Conduct regular school visits (15–20 days/month) for quality monitoring.
• Train teachers and principals on effective use of SpeEdLabs’ platform. Strengthen relationships with school management and key stakeholders.
• Collect feedback, prepare reports, and share strategic insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, training) to resolve challenges.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education/Science/Management.
• 4–8 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or edtech.
• Experience in team management or handling multiple schools preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills. Proficiency in English & Hindi required.
• Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR (15–20 days/month).
• Laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
