Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive regional sales for biometric attendance systems, access control devices, and related hardware (face/fingerprint recognition, UHF readers, door locks, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and growth targets through primary and secondary sales channels.
  1. Channel & Distribution Management:

  • Appoint and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers across the South India AP, KA, TN.
  • Build and maintain a strong partner network by conducting product training, joint marketing, and credit management.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.


  1. Project & Key Account Management:

  • Identify and pursue government tenders, corporate projects, and system integrator opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project sales and technical teams for end-to-end execution.
  • Support bid management, pricing strategies, and documentation for large-scale deployments.
  1. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Gather insights on competitor activity (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Tiandy) and market demand trends.
  • Recommend region-specific strategies to improve product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, market penetration, and distributor feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5–8 years in

    B2B sales

    of CCTV, or biometric attendance, access control.
  • Industry Knowledge:

  • Must be well-versed with:
  • Attendance and access control devices
  • CCTV/Surveillance ecosystem
  • Tendering and project execution cycles
  • Skills Required:

  • Strong distributor/channel network in the assigned region
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Negotiation, pricing, and closure ability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel 10–15 days/month for field visits
