Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Odisha. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, lead a sales team, and monitor market trends to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating across departments to create tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, business development, and key account management
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship-building skills
Strategic planning abilities and leadership experience overseeing sales teams
Knowledge of IIoT solutions, Industry 4.0, or related technology sectors is an advantage
Analytical skills to monitor market trends, sales performance, and forecast demand
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
