Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, including developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, building client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. The role involves preparing performance reports, analyzing market trends, and identifying business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
• Proven expertise in sales strategy development, forecasting, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the finance or loan industry is highly desirable.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
