Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead the technical sales efforts for our client's filter less purification systems, targeting industrial clients for the MK II platform, and commercial clients for the HIVE platform. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, establishing and nurturing relationships, conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with engineering and product teams, understanding customer requirements, tailoring product solutions, developing and delivering sales presentations, tracking sales opportunities, providing feedback to product development teams, and shaping future product enhancements based on market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical sales efforts for filter less purification systems targeting industrial and commercial clients - Identify potential customers, establish and nurture relationships, and conduct product demonstrations - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical details and competitive advantages - Tailor product solutions to meet customer needs and provide technical recommendations - Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations - Track and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle - Provide feedback from the market to shape future product enhancements and offerings Qualification Required: - Past academic education in Engineering + MBA or equivalent - Proven track record working on engineering projects and selling products like vibro sifters - 7 to 10 years of experience in the relevant industry - Successful technical sales experience in a B2B environment with a focus on complex products or solutions - Achievement of monthly/quarterly and yearly sales targets - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of Inside sales representatives - Strong technical acumen and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively - Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events Role Overview: You will lead the technical sales efforts for our client's filter less purification systems, targeting industrial clients for the MK II platform, and commercial clients for the HIVE platform.
