Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and exploring new business opportunities. Key tasks include managing a sales team, meeting sales targets, identifying customer needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will also involve preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Effective Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and Market Research
• Knowledge of the commercial refrigeration sector or related industries is a plus
• Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
