Graduate Trainee

Role & responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets of product and business to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs to assess business performance and the impact of strategic initiatives. Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize processes and operations. Presentations: Prepare clear, concise, and compelling presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
