Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

Recruit, lead and manage a regional sales team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and motivating them to achieve or exceed sales quotas. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned region, considering market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers or Representatives, ensuring they possess strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. Analyse regional sales data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners and distributors throughout your region. Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners to secure new business opportunities and optimize regional sales performance. Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of consumer product assurances to potential clients. Track and report on regional sales performance, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations regarding consumer product assurances, ensuring your team operates compliantly and competitively Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the consumer product assurances industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to achieve regional growth objectives Additional Information Experience in the consumer products (SL/TH). In-depth knowledge of extended warranty programs, service contracts, and various consumer product assurance offerings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Travel within the assigned region
