The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales within the IT industry, particularly in structured cabling, CCTV systems, and passive networking. This role is critical in expanding market reach, building strong customer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Secure Connection Services and related structured cabling solutions to achieve targeted revenue. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners with clear business goals and commitments. Penetrate key enterprise accounts and facilitate brand empanelment to establish Rate Contracts (RCs). Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Manage and execute regional sales strategies for structured cabling and other IT infrastructure products. Provide full-cycle client engagement—from lead generation and pre-sales consultations to post-sales support and account management. Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure timely deal closures with a focus on customer satisfaction. Effectively map and manage the sales funnel, ensuring consistent growth and healthy pipelines. Core Competencies Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities. Ability to develop and nurture new leads with accurate forecasting and reporting. Proactive, self-motivated, and highly results-driven mindset. Strong understanding of structured cabling, CCTV, passive networking, and related technologies. Team player with leadership capabilities to manage regional performance effectively. Preferred Attributes Prior experience working with structured cabling brands. Demonstrated success in managing and growing partner networks. Willingness to travel as required across the assigned territory.
