Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Pune. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, Appoint dealers ans distributors ,manage a network of dealers, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, and providing timely sales forecasts and reports. The role will also involve identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in sales strategies, business development, and dealer management.
• Leadership and Relationship Management: Experience in leading sales teams, establishing dealer networks, and building customer relationships.
• Market Analysis and Communication: Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with water treatment systems or related markets is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems and other digital tools for managing sales operations.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing
