About Us – Secure Connection At Secure Connection , we are committed to delivering intelligent and reliable low-voltage cabling and infrastructure solutions that power tomorrow’s smart buildings and connected enterprises, we bring global innovation and trusted technology to the Indian market through a robust network of partners and distributors Role Overview The Pre-Sales Engineer will provide technical support to the sales and business development teams, ensuring seamless integration of Passive structured cabling solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-sales activities for structured cabling systems, including design, BOQ preparation, and TAT quotations. Analyze customer requirements and design optimized, cost-effective solutions. Maintain strong relationships with ICT, ELV, and MEP consultants, as well as architects and builders. Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback for product enhancements. Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of the complete product portfolio. Collaborate with product managers, area managers, and the SCS SBU Head to engage with large system integrators and consultants. Work on project-level engagements to specify the Honeywell brand in RFPs. Build and sustain excellent relationships within the SI community, ICT, ELV, and MEP consultants, and key end users. Authority & Decision-Making Scope Manage all pre-sales activities for structured cabling solutions. Oversee end-to-end solution management and provide technical compliance for tenders. Provide datasheets, technical compliance documents, and timely responses to RFPs. Design customized solutions based on client needs. Implement and manage necessary changes to meet project objectives. Qualifications & Experience Education: BE/Diploma (Candidates with RCDD or similar industry credentials will have an added advantage). Experience: 3 to 15+ years. Preferred Skills Experience in pre-sales for structured cabling solutions. Ability to conduct product demonstrations using sample kits, marketing literature, promotions, and presentations.
