Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the entire revenue generation in terms of sales of entire range of software products under SolidWorks platform in large identified industrial region.

· Building Conceptia business in terms of client acquisitions and revenue generations by maintaining sales volume of SolidWorks business in that particular region.

· Leverage existing client relationships to grow Conceptia business and build the pipeline in, and drive pursuit of, the full Conceptia portfolio of solutions. 

· Ability to successfully drive sales in all existing and new named accounts utilizing a solutions sales approach for prospecting, qualifying, uncovering needs, proposing solutions, and closing new business. 

· Develop and maintains knowledge of Tech industry and their current trends regarding the latest product development and design.

· Play the role of Key account manager of the series of customers.

· Managing a team of Sales Engineer, Market research executives, Inside sales, Tele callers.

· Mentoring, hand holding, Supervising, and monitoring the team in terms of their job role.

·  Monthly reviews and quarterly goal settings with regional targets

· Responsible for full sales cycle and account management tasks, from prospecting all the way to client retention.
