Conduct on-site and remote training and implementation of SOLIDWORKS solutions. Travel to customer sites for support, training sessions, and proactive visits within the assigned territory. Understand customer usage and challenges with SOLIDWORKS products, offering best practices , productivity tips, and technical recommendations. Write and publish technical blogs , articles, and screen capture tutorials for the organization’s technical knowledge base. Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and assist in assessing suitable applications of SOLIDWORKS tools. Support internal non-technical teams by providing product knowledge and technical insights. Maintain accurate records of all activities using CRM and helpdesk systems. Continuously train and upskill yourself on SOLIDWORKS products and features to deliver excellent service. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Resolution of technical support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) . Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback on support interactions. Completion of proactive visits as per assigned targets. Contributions to internal knowledge base (blogs, tutorials, articles).
