Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Solution Associate role based in Chennai. The individual will focus on assessing client requirements, preparing technical proposals for CAD/CAM/CAE and PLM solutions, and conducting product demonstrations. The Industrial Solution Associate will actively collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in CAD, CAM, CAE tools, and PLM solutions preferred
• Excellent technical understanding and problem-solving skills relevant to industrial solutions
• Effective communication, client interaction, and presentation skills are essential
• Prior experience with Dassault Systèmes products, InspectionXpert, or 3Dconnexion tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and manage project deadlines
• Proficiency in installation, user training, and technical support for software applications
• Previous exposure to customer relationship management is a plus
