QA/QC Inspector

As a QA/QC Inspector for the Ship Repair Industry in Mumbai on a contract basis, your role involves inspecting, testing, and sampling materials or assembled parts for defects and deviations from specifications. You will be responsible for observing and monitoring production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications, making necessary adjustments when needed. Additionally, you will need to discuss inspection results with relevant personnel and recommend corrective actions, as well as discard or reject products that do not meet specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts for defects and deviations from specifications. - Monitor production operations and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and make necessary adjustments. - Discuss inspection results with responsible individuals and suggest corrective actions. - Reject products, materials, and equipment that do not meet specifications. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC Inspection at Ship Repair, Marine, or Shipbuilding industry in production or QC. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will be expected to have key skills in QA/QC, Ship Building, and Marine. The offered salary package is 30,000.00 per month.
