Minimum 12 months of sailing experience as master on Merchant Vessels is a must. 2 years of experience working ashore as Marine Superintendent or Surveyor. Possess Shipboard ISM / ISPS code, Marine insurance, and Seamanship knowledge. People oriented and passionate about developing shipboard teams. Business acumen with capability to manage the budgetary responsibilities for multiple vessels. Good interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively with any stakeholder.
