JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Head of Sales to lead our sales team in South region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and exceed sales targets within the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the assigned region. Strategizing action plans focused on enhancing financial performance, establishing long-term business growth and building top performing team to drive achievement and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales opportunities and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives. Upgrading sales capabilities by training, improving the sale pitch and presentation skills and conducting structured sales review meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals and objectives. Promoting the brand in the market. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer engagement, and team productivity. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the manufacturing sector. DESIRED PROFILE: Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any stream. Post Graduation / MBA degree in Marketing & Sales/ Business management / Business administration will be preferred 10-20 + years of experience handling a similar function. Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value. Ability to travel within the region as needed. Market Feasibility Presentation and Independent Mindset Ability to communicate clearly Strong time management skills.
