Regional Sales Head

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Drive revenue growth by targeting high-value projects and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Key Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and consultants.
• Ensure repeat business and long-term contracts with major clients.
• Negotiate high-value deals and contracts.

3. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
• Allocate territories and set sales targets for individual team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

4. Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for top management.
• Plan and execute regional marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure alignment of regional sales activities with company goals.

5. Customer Service & After-Sales Support

• Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain brand reputation.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Mitigate risks in contractual agreements and project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
