Job Description

· Identifying and researching potential clients. · Establishing and nurturing relationships with both existing and new customers of India and other countries. · Presenting company products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing concerns. · Negotiating pricing and other terms to close deals. · Working towards and exceeding sales targets. · Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. · Handling inquiries, complaints, and providing ongoing support to customers. · Tracking sales activities, generating reports, and analyzing performance data. · Working with other departments, such as service and production to ensure a timely delivery and after sales service. · Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. · Prepare Sales related documentation for future reference.
