Role: Regional Manager – Bancassurance (Multiple Locations, Pan India)Full-Time | On-Site RoleKey Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and onboard targeted Cooperative Institutions by presenting business models to decision-makers and driving end-to-end closure.Build and lead high-performing sales teams by recruiting, mentoring, and managing mid to senior-level professionals, including Relationship Managers and Area Sales Managers.Customize insurance solutions in coordination with the Business Development team, align with partner's needs, source and negotiate insurer quotes, and drive final approvals and placements.Negotiate and finalize revenue-sharing models with partner institutions.Conduct structured training programs for partner bank staff, ensuring effective use of the digital portal across all branches.Drive sales performance through strategic product mix, effective cross-selling, and consistent client engagement.Monitor lead generation and conversions, ensuring team achieves sales and productivity targets.Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure timely policy issuance, claims processing, and revenue realization.Ensure swift and efficient resolution of partner raised queries via QRC.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Bancassurance or Financial Services SalesStrong leadership, management, and team-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and interpret dataKnowledge and experience in the insurance or financial services industryBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fieldMaster’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plusExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency with relevant software and technology tools
