Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and nurturing client relationships, conducting client meetings, processing and resolving client queries, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth. Qualifications Experience in client relationship management and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of insurance products and financial services Ability to understand and assess client needs Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail Highly organized and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Experience in the microinsurance sector is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Show more Show less
