Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding clients' insurance needs, and providing them with suitable microinsurance solutions. Daily tasks include client meetings, follow-ups, resolving client queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will also develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Microinsurance and Financial Inclusion Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Problem-solving and Negotiation Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial Show more Show less
