Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Kochi. The Regional Manager will oversee and manage regional operations, ensuring the implementation of business strategies and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and guiding team members, developing regional plans, and ensuring the company's policies and regulations are followed. The Regional Manager will also collaborate with various departments to implement effective sales strategies and provide reports on performance metrics. Qualifications Leadership and team management experience Strategic planning and regional sales management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate reports Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for business management Ability to work on-site in Kochi Show more Show less
