Role & responsibilities Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads. Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank employees. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the banca channel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel to bank branches as needed.
