About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Upsell Petpooja’s VAS and marketplace offerings to existing restaurant clients.
Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and provide timely resolutions.
Execute daily and monthly sales plans to achieve VAS and revenue targets.
Share market insights, identify upselling opportunities, and support process improvement.

Eligibility:

for client demos.
