Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored investment solutions. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, providing financial guidance, managing portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the team to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, customer service, and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Fixed Deposits, and Bonds
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable investment plans
• Organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial tools, software, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the financial or investment sector is an advantage
