Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role includes onboarding new clients, managing client accounts, overseeing transactions, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The individual will also work in collaboration with other departments to optimize client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Proven experience in client management and customer service
• Organizational and multitasking skills, along with attention to detail
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Working knowledge of real estate trends and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
