Company Description Real tech Role Description Job Title: Closing Manager – Residential Sales Department: Sales Location: Kon, Panvel Reports To: Closing Team Leader. Job Summary: The Closing Manager plays a pivotal role in finalizing residential sales deals, ensuring seamless transaction closure, client satisfaction, and coordination with internal departments to complete documentation and handovers. Key Responsibilities: Client Conversion & Closure: Handle walk-in/site visit leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Conduct final negotiations and close deals in line with pricing policies and project positioning. Address client objections, queries, and concerns effectively to drive closure. Documentation & Coordination: Manage all legal and sales documentation, including booking forms, KYC, allotment letters, and payment schedules. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing, registration, and possession process. Revenue Focus: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly closure and revenue targets. Support the Sales Head in achieving the overall sales plan for the project. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients from booking to possession. Provide post-booking support for loan assistance, agreement execution, and other client needs.
