Job Title: Closing Manager – Residential SalesDepartment: SalesLocation: Kon, PanvelReports To: Closing Team Leader.Job Summary:The Closing Manager plays a pivotal role in finalizing residential sales deals, ensuring seamless transaction closure, client satisfaction, and coordination with internal departments to complete documentation and handovers.Key Responsibilities:Client Conversion & Closure:Handle walk-in/site visit leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.Conduct final negotiations and close deals in line with pricing policies and project positioning.Address client objections, queries, and concerns effectively to drive closure.Documentation & Coordination:Manage all legal and sales documentation, including booking forms, KYC, allotment letters, and payment schedules.Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing, registration, and possession process.Revenue Focus:Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly closure and revenue targets.Support the Sales Head in achieving the overall sales plan for the project.Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with clients from booking to possession.Provide post-booking support for loan assistance, agreement execution, and other client needs.
