As a Sales Lead at the company, your role involves prospecting and closing sales leads to drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Support the learning and development of the sales team - Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet prospective leads - Track and report all sales activities - Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis - Monitor the achievement of targets by team leads and their respective teams - Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns - Communicate product schemes and offers to the team and ensure implementation - Manage the P&L of the Branch Level to build a prospective client database - Interact with large customers for product feedback - Lead a 2-tier team of PagarBook sales Team leads, sales associates, and Telesales on the field - Pitch about PagarBook desktop solution to customers - Explain the benefits of PagarBook desktop solution for better accessibility and rich reports - Set and achieve a monthly revenue sales target for the Branch - Provide incentives based on target achievement by the team - Responsible for hiring, replacement, training, and learning for all associates and leads in the city Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales and team management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of P&L management and client relationship management Please note that the above job description is subject to change as per the company's requirements.
