About the Role

Government Business Manager

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Manage government sales and be in direct connect with decision makers for account management in the region
  
• Engage and onboard new Government Accounts from day one
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and business partners
  
• Handle the complete business cycle lead generation, requirements, MOU/empanelment/tender bidding, bookings, and fulfilment
  
• Identify vendors for accommodation, transportation, catering, and event-related requirements
  
• Work independently with a

  hunter mindset

  to expand business pipeline
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt problem solving and effective communication
  
• Present business proposals confidently and manage negotiations
  
• Maintain high motivation, ownership, and achievement-driven attitude
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum

  4+ years of experience

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience in Government / PSU / Events / Corporate Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Self-driven professional with strong relationship-building ability
  
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor
