Job Title: Regional Manager Institutional Sales

The role involves developing and executing sales strategies,building relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring revenue growth in the assignedregion.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy && Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to onboardhigher education institutions for our industry-aligned projects. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new institutionalpartners and retaining existing ones. Institutional Partnerships: Engage with college leadership (Deans, Directors, HODs, andPlacement Cells) to promote our offerings. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for business growth within the assigned regionand develop plans to capitalize on them. Negotiations && Closures: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalizationof partnerships. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to aligninstitutional needs with our offerings. Reporting && Analysis: Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and provideinsights to improve strategy.Key Requirements: 710 years of relevant experience in institutional/B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech orhigher education sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong network within higher education institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Preferred Qualifications: MBA or relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. Experience working with universities, colleges, or education service providers.
