Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Business Manager based in Ellenabad. The Regional Business Manager will oversee business operations within the designated region, manage key client relationships, and drive sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
• Knowledge of the livestock or agricultural sector is highly desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive targeted strategies
• Adaptability and a results-oriented approach to achieving organizational targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
• Prior experience in regional business management or sales leadership roles
