Role Description

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, handling sales strategies, overseeing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will monitor market trends, lead marketing campaigns, and establish actionable strategies to meet regional targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Knowledge in Market Analysis and Consumer Behavior
• Experience in the agricultural or livestock nutrition sector is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields
• Willingness to be based in Haryana, India, and travel as required
• Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding is preferred
