· Drive execution of key sales and market initiatives at the regional level.
· Ensure achievement of targets across volume, value, product categories, and key account penetration.
· Identify sales bottlenecks and underperforming team members; take corrective action or escalate appropriately.
· Support major product launches and drive adoption of focus offerings.
· Provide inputs to HQ on market development objectives and activity design.
· Collaborate with the COO to plan quarterly and annual market development strategies.
· Actively participate in and guide regional market development activities, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
· Conduct field visits to gather direct insights from customers, team members, and channel partners.
· Capture data on product performance, pricing, packaging, competitor strategies, and customer satisfaction.
· Share insights with HQ for strategic decision-making and replicate success stories across other zones.
· Take ownership of product introductions in the region.
· Develop and implement region-specific strategies to counter competition.
· Monitor receivables and enforce commercial policies to ensure business discipline.
· Recruit, train, and retain high-performing field and sales teams.
· Define clear roles and responsibilities for all regional team members.
· Conduct regular performance audits and offer coaching to improve execution.
· Implement performance management systems, including career development planning.
· Serve as a regional expert on systems, processes, and business modules.
· Provide onboarding and functional training for new hires.
· Coordinate with the COO on regional budgeting and annual business planning.
· Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
· Strong command of concept selling and solution-oriented engagement.
· Track record of market creation and brand positioning.
· Skilled in structured reviews, gap analysis, and strategic selling.
· Ability to deliver professional presentations and demonstrations.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Consultative approach with an ability to create and articulate value propositions.
· Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
· Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
