The role will focus on promoting Total Water Management solutions, including Automation and AI-Based Monitoring , while driving regional business performance as a Profit Center Head . This leadership position demands a dynamic professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, people development, and a strong focus on sustainability. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development · Drive execution of key sales and market initiatives at the regional level. · Ensure achievement of targets across volume, value, product categories, and key account penetration. · Identify sales bottlenecks and underperforming team members; take corrective action or escalate appropriately. · Support major product launches and drive adoption of focus offerings. Market Development & Strategy · Provide inputs to HQ on market development objectives and activity design. · Collaborate with the COO to plan quarterly and annual market development strategies. · Actively participate in and guide regional market development activities, ensuring maximum effectiveness. Customer & Market Insights · Conduct field visits to gather direct insights from customers, team members, and channel partners. · Capture data on product performance, pricing, packaging, competitor strategies, and customer satisfaction. · Share insights with HQ for strategic decision-making and replicate success stories across other zones. Product Management & Competitive Positioning · Take ownership of product introductions in the region. · Develop and implement region-specific strategies to counter competition. · Monitor receivables and enforce commercial policies to ensure business discipline. During the 6 month learning phase , trainees will undergo structured training and, upon successful completion, will have the opportunity to join our Project Specialists Team working on live sustainability projects. Responsibilities Learn and apply principles of water and wastewater treatment, recycling, and sustainable engineering . Assist in the deployment, commissioning, and maintenance of IoT-based real-time monitoring systems at project sites. Support senior engineers in project execution, documentation, and compliance reporting . Participate in field activities, testing, and troubleshooting of water and energy management solutions .
